Dynamic DJ Pricing

Dynamic pricing is a financial system for businesses that considers several factors when determining fair market value. Quantum Party Productions is using this system to determine rates for our DJ Services

All of these factors are considered when Quantum gives a quote. Your quote will come with an expiration date. With a $300 security deposit, you automatically lock in the quote. It will not increase. However, if you need more time, the rate will start to increase as services will be in greater demand as we approach your event date. Once an event is within 90 Days, standard Quantum Party DJ Rates apply.

Day Of Event

The day of the event is at the top of the list of considerations. Quantum has special rates for weekday events, Fridays are a little bit less than Sundays but Saturday events are the highest in demand.

Time Of Year

DJ Rates for November weddings will obviously be less than DJ Rates for weddings during midsummer or what's considered to be peak wedding season for DJ Rates in San Francisco

Event Location

The location of the venue will be considered. Although Quantum does not charge a travel fee, distance is automatically factored. Also the difficulty of the loading in and out process is considered.

Performance Time & Equipment Needs

Dynamic pricing considers the length of performance time or how many hours of music will be needed as well as how much equipment will be necessary to provide coverage for the event.

Advance Booking

Maybe the most important factor is how far in advance the event is booked. Simply put, the sooner you book a Quantum Party DJ for your event, the better rate you'll receive, like booking a flight.

Quantum DJ/MC Service Levels

MC Services

All Quantum DJs provide MC Services. Quantum DJs have been through hours of training to learn how to be a great MC. That training is only reinforced for our DJs with all the preparation that goes into each party and the experience that comes from performing and creating those special moments within a wedding or event.

Basic DJs

Some of our clients like to have a little more control over the music that gets played. We welcome you to create a music playlist on Spotify and share it with us! Our Basic Djs will then download and study your playlist so they are ready to blend it musically and properly mix your selections just right for the party.

Next Level DJs

Next Level DJs use their experience to read the crowd, take some requests from your guests and input their own song selections to creatively fill out your playlist. You can just give these DJs a few artists or songs you definitely want played and/or a few artists or songs you absolutely do not want played and let them go!

3rd Tier DJs

These are the most skilled Quantum DJs. Besides possessing great MC skills and a talent for mixing music, they know how to facilitate special events within a wedding like lining up the bridal party for introductions, cue the best man for a toast and keeping our couples on time. A playlist is not needed but it's accepted.

Jason Shires aka DJ iQuan

Due to his experience and reputation, Jason Shires is in high demand and provides dj services for a premium rate. Quotes are provided upon requests. (1Beat@Time)
