Due to the Corona Virus / Covid-19 Pandemic we are updating a few of our policies in an effort to support our clients and hopefully help alleviate some of the stress during this unprecedented time.
The security deposit is non-refundable,still. However, you did lock in our services and we will now apply your deposit towards in future event date. So, if you had to change your date or if it becomes necessary for you to change your event date, we will apply your deposit towards that new event date. You don't lose it!
If your event was effected by Covid-19 and you cancel altogether, you will have a credit (your deposit plus any payments made) on file towards a new event for any of our services. There are no refunds.
If your event is effected by Covid-19, you can change your date up to three times. Once you have confirmed your new date with your venue, just let us know.
We are guaranteeing services regardless of date change or even a change of venue or location.
Clients will need to honor their original balance "due date" in order for us to guarantee their new date, unless they have been effected financially by the pandemic.
Our clients who want to support Quantum by paying their remaining balance at least 1 month early will receive an additional 10% Discount on all services. You will not lose your deposit or investment.
If you have decided to cancel your event entirely, you must do so at least 90 days prior to the original event date in order to receive a balance refund or to not be held liable for the remaining balance.
