SAN FRANCISCO ORDERS - PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING

-Will Call Pickup/Return is NOT AVAILABLE in San Francisco

-$600 Minimum for San Francisco Rental Orders.

-SF Delivery & Labor Fees are $375 of that minimum order.

ST. HELENA WINE COUNTRY ORDERS- PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING

-Will Call Pickup/Return is NOT AVAILABLE in St. Helena

-$400 Minimum for Wine Country Rental Orders

-Wine Country Delivery & Labor Fees are $150 of that minimum

1- Delivery / Pickup. Covers travel expenses like staff driving, gas, bridges and parking.

2 - LOAD IN / OUT.  This covers labor loading and unloading event rentals, taking them to/from the vehicle to wherever you need them at the venue.

3- Setup / Breakdown. We setup and breakdown the rentals. This cost is determined by the number of items or services you book. Setup Only & Breakdown Only is Available.

QPP provides a two or three hour delivery or pickup window in most cases and will contact you prior to 20 to 30 minutes arrival.

However, a targeted guaranteed delivery or pickup window may be arranged if our schedule allows it. A Timed Delivery or Pickup is an additional fee.

30 minute guaranteed delivery or pickup window - $100-$250

60 minute guaranteed delivery or pickup window - $75-$200. 

90 minute guaranteed delivery or pickup window - $50-$150.

A Timed Delivery or Pickup is a dedicated truck going only to and from your event.

A $500 fee will be applied for events requiring delivery/pickup outside our normal hours.
