-Transport and Labor Fees are $150 of that minimum order.
1- Transportation. Covers travel expenses like staff driving, gas, bridges and parking.
2 - Labor. This covers staff loading and unloading event rentals, taking them to/from the vehicle to wherever you need them at the venue.
3- Setup / Breakdown. We setup and breakdown the rentals. This cost is determined by the number of items or services you book. Setup Only & Breakdown Only is Available.
QPP provides a two or three hour arrival windows in most cases and will contact you with an ETA 20 to 30 minutes prior to arrival.
However, a targeted guaranteed arrival window may be arranged if our schedule allows. A Timed Arrival an additional fee.
30 minute guaranteed arrival window - $100-$250
60 minute guaranteed arrival window - $75-$200.
90 minute guaranteed arrival window - $50-$150.
A Timed Arrival is a dedicated truck going only to and from your event.
A $500 fee will be applied for events requiring arrival outside our normal hours.
