In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have updated a few of our event policies, including our event cancellation terms and security deposit guidelines, to better support our clients and help alleviate some of the stress during this unprecedented time.
The security deposit is non-refundable, still. However, you did lock in our services, and we will now apply your deposit towards a future event date, according to our security deposit guidelines. If you need to change your date, or if it becomes necessary to alter your plans due to our COVID-19 event policies, we will apply your deposit towards that new event date. So rest assured, you don't lose it!
If your event was affected by COVID-19 and you cancel altogether, our event cancellation terms state that you will receive a credit (your deposit plus any payments made) on file towards a new event for any of our services. Please note that according to our security deposit guidelines, there are no refunds.
If your event is affected by COVID-19, our event cancellation terms allow you to change your date up to three times. Once you have confirmed your new date with your venue, please inform us as per our security deposit guidelines.
We are guaranteeing our services in accordance with our COVID-19 event policies, regardless of any date changes or alterations in the venue or location, along with clear event cancellation terms and security deposit guidelines.
Clients will need to honor their original balance 'due date' in order for us to guarantee their new date, unless they have been affected financially by the pandemic, in accordance with our event cancellation terms and security deposit guidelines related to COVID-19 event policies.
Clients who wish to support Quantum by paying their remaining balance at least 1 month early will receive an additional 10% discount on all services, in accordance with our COVID-19 event policies. Rest assured, you will not lose your deposit or investment, as our event cancellation terms and security deposit guidelines are designed to protect your interests.
If you have decided to cancel your event entirely, it is essential to adhere to the event cancellation terms by doing so at least 90 days prior to the original event date. This ensures you can receive a balance refund and will not be held liable for the remaining balance, as outlined in the COVID-19 event policies and security deposit guidelines.
These COVID-19 event policies apply to all current and future events until further notice and will be detailed under the 'Terms & Conditions' section of your invoice. If you have any questions not addressed in this blog regarding event cancellation terms or security deposit guidelines, please feel free to email us directly at jason@igoquantum.com.
